Nan Tei is a Yakitori restaurant offering guests delicious meals with natural ingredients in a warm atmosphere.
All the ingredients in these dishes are carefully selected and paired with the right seasoning to create wonderful flavours. The salt here is specially-selected, using only that which is from 3000 metres above sea level from the salt lakes located in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
Must-try dishes include Chicken Wings, Beef Tongue, Asparagus Wrapped with Pork, Beef Tenderloin, Fresh Eel, Codfish, Lamb Chop, Hiroshima Fresh Oyster, Shrimp Wrapped in Chicken Skin and Shiso Leaf, and the Angus Beef Fillet.
Guests are also given a bowl of fresh raw vegetable sticks, coupled with the in-house special sauce as an appetiser.
