With Chef Li Chi Wai at the helm, guests will be steered through an incomparable culinary experience of Chinese tastes and flavours. Guests must try the Scrambled Organic Egg Whites with Sea Urchin and Crabmeat which is topped with Caviar. The Braised Boneless Pork Knuckle, Turtle Rim in Shrimp Roe Sauce or the Roast Duck are also recommended.
The Michelin-star restaurant also boasts an extensive wine list, with over 1,000 labels.
