Overview
Operated by renowned Chef Tam Kwok Fung (who also runs the Jade Dragon), the Pearl Dragon at Studio City in Cotai is a Michelin 1-star Chinese restaurant. Having won the star in 2017, Pearl City is perhaps best known for their dim sum lunches and luxurious dinners.
Smart casual attire is required. Families should note the restaurant does not welcome children under six in their dining hall (although they are allowed in private rooms.) Making reservations is recommended. Online booking is available.
Visitors must try the Abalone with Suckling Pig. While the abalone was exquisite, the suckling pig stole the show. The piece of suckling pig has grounded shrimp inserted between the skin and meat before being fried. This multi-textured piece of culinary art is astounding.
