The brothers are well-known and regarded in Macau. The elder brother, Mr Fung Kin Fu is a former five-star hotel executive chef, who has won numerous accolades throughout the years. The brothers’ father is also an experienced chef on Portuguese cuisine. Their distinct styles and experiences are evident throughout the menu.
Must-try dishes include the Fried Crab in Curry Sauce (market price); Stewed Oxtail in Portuguese-style, served with rice (98 MOP, $12 USD); Fried Shredded Codfish with Egg (158 MOP, $20 USD); and, the Baked Orange Roll (38 MOP, $5 USD).
