Operated by chef Guillaume Galliot, The Tasting Room by Galliot at City of Dreams in Cotai is a two star French Michelin restaurant.
Three set dinners are available (with 4, 6, and 8 courses respectively), and prices ranging from 800 MOP – 2000 MOP ($100-$250 USD.) Smart casual attire is required, and bookings are recommended.
For those interested in a more affordable experience, you may want to consider the lunch menu, which is about half the price of dinner (about 400 MOP or $50 USD for a 3 – 5-course meal).
Unfortunately, foodies will have to be patient as The Tasting Room is under renovations until April 26th.
