Overview
Operated by famous Chef Tam Kwok Fung (who also runs the Pearl Dragon in Studio City), the Jade Dragon at the City of Dreams is a two Michelin star Chinese restaurant.
Specialising in Cantonese cuisine, they have among the best dim sum globally, having won awards from numerous outlets including, Forbes and Tatler.
Although formalities such as smart casual attire are required, the Jade Dragon is reasonably priced provided Chinese delicacies like shark fin, abalone and bird’s nest are not ordered. Must-try dishes include Crispy Skin Fried Chicken and Wok-fried Lobster.
For those travelling with young children, this may not be the most suitable location for children under six, as they are not welcome in the dining hall. In such situations, visitors will have to use their private rooms. Reservations are vital and can be done online.
