Founded by Chef Winton, the restaurant lets you see his passion for food ingrained in all of the dishes. From the buns that do not use any flavouring or food colouring agents, instead consisting of imported flour, to the premium imported American Kurobuta Pork, and the unique homemade sauce served alongside most dishes featuring over 30 kinds of herbs.
Visitors must try their Signature Satay Macanese Pork Chop Bun, as well as the Handmade cookies, which are baked fresh daily, but get here early as there are limited quantities.
The restaurant is open daily from 11:00 until 22:00.
