Focused on preparing the very best of Thai food for its guests, Talay Thai’s owners have gone to Thailand and brought star-class chefs over, including Chef Soong Yuk. The restaurant has 11 chefs preparing the various dishes, each responsible for their own portion of the menu. Chef Yuk, in particular, is well-versed in Thai cuisine, with an incredible ability to localise Thai flavours to the Macanese market, while retaining the aspects that make Thai cuisine so distinct, delicious and unique.

Must-try dishes include the Saba Fish (118 MOP, $15 USD); the Deep-fried Prawn Cake (88 MOP, $11 USD); Volcano Chicken (228 MOP, $29 USD); and the Fresh Raw Shrimps (88 MOP, $11 USD).
