Overview
The Eight is a lavish Chinese restaurant in the renowned Grand Lisboa. It is one of two Michelin 3-star restaurants in Macau–the other is the Robuchon au Dôme, which is also in Grand Lisboa–and the only Chinese option, offering classic Cantonese cuisine.
Dinner sets for two start at a relatively affordable 1900 MOP ($240 USD). More importantly, a decadent dim sum lunch is also available and very popular. Guests should remember to get their XO sauce to go with it.
The Eight is almost always full, so bookings are recommended. Online booking is available.
