The different branches of RamenKouji serve authentic ramen noodles, but each from specific regions in Japan. This branch offers noodles from the Yamagata region, while the other branch serves Yokohama.
This budget-friendly restaurant has guests dine in a very cosy environment, decorated similarly to the ramen shops you’d come to expect in Japan.
Must-try dishes include the Komezawa Soy Sauce Ramen (60 MOP, $7.50 USD), which is a soup base brewed with egg shells, dried fish, vegetables, pig bones and a splash of soy sauce added to noodles before serving to bring out the rich flavours. Another must-try is the ‘Red Soup’ Spicy Miso Ramen (65 MOP, $8 USD).
