Located on the 1st floor of the Metropark Hotel, Gold Moon Garden Chinese Restaurant provides guests with wonderful Cantonese delicacies in an exceptional ambience featuring a mixture of traditional and contemporary Chinese design.
The menu features impressive flavours from both Northern and Southern China, contributing to an unforgettable experience. Must-try dishes include the Braised Shark’s Fin Soup with Bamboo Pith and Yunnan Ham in a Stone Pot; the Casserole of Braised Chicken with Chinese Wine; and the Deep-fried Minced Pork with Shrimps and Mushroom Cake.
