Located across from the FIT office building near Nam Van, Seek Your Choice Bistro is a small French-Italian style bistro.
The chef here used to work with Francky Semblat from Robuchon au Dôme. Young, passionate, and talented, he decided to start his own business. Although the restaurant is very small, the quality of the food is truly top-notch, and it involves a lot of Asian twists on French-Italian fare.
The set lunch menu here changes every two months, meaning there are regularly new dishes to try.
Must-try dishes include the Homemade Crabmeat ‘Cigar’ Carpaccio and the Scallop with Chorizo and Citron Dressing.
The restaurant is open from 12:00 until 22:30.
