A popular restaurant that closed down years ago, Wai Hin Mei Sec was since reopened by a new owner, operating under the same name.
Following on the tradition of Chinese Tea Restaurants, Wai Hin Mei Sec goes one step further, focusing its menu on cuisine on a fusion of tradition with innovation.
Must-try dishes include: Signature Penang Noodle with Curry Chicken Wings (40 MOP, $5.00); the Hand-beaten Cuttlefish Cake (33 MOP, $4.00 USD); the Special Pandan Chicken Leg Rice (41 MOP, $5 USD); and, the Hainanese Chicken Rice (55 MOP, $7 USD).
